1️⃣ Choose Your Sacred Time Pick one fixed hour each week when you’re mentally alert—early Friday mornings or Sunday evenings work best. Treat it as an unmissable appointment with yourself.

2️⃣ Disconnect Completely No phone, no notifications, no email. This is your deep reflection zone.

3️⃣ Use a 3-Part Framework:

     - Review: What did I achieve last week? What drained energy or added value?

     - Refocus: Which goals need renewed attention next week?

     - Refine: What processes or habits can I improve slightly (Kaizen approach)?

4️⃣ Ask High-Value Questions Am I spending time on what truly moves the needle? What can I delegate, delay, or delete? What one decision would make everything else easier?

5️⃣ Document Insights Immediately Keep a dedicated Strategic Thinking Journal. Over months, this becomes your personalized playbook of clarity.

👥 Real Workshop Story: From Firefighting to Forward Thinking
